THE COURSE
The route begins with the first half taking place entirely on road from East Harling to Bridgham which is relatively flat before raching the forest section between 5k and 8k.
The final 2k is back on road and is fairly flat back to the recreation ground.
Water stations are available at 5 and 8.5k.
